As a brand, you can now launch EUDR requests regardless of whether traceability tags are applied at the PO-level or at the individual line-item level. The Launcher has been enhanced to support both tagging structures, ensuring consistent request creation across different master data setups.

If you use PO-level tagging, the system automatically maps the tag to each line item, so no additional configuration is needed. If you use line-item tagging, the Launcher now recognizes, and initiates requests directly from those tags.

As a supplier, you will continue to receive requests at the line-item level. This enhancement ensures accuracy and consistency in request handling, no matter how the brand manages traceability tags internally.

Key Benefits

  • Seamless Compliance Enablement: Brands can launch requests using line-item level tags without needing to change existing tagging practices.
  • Automatic Tag Mapping: For brands using PO-level tagging, the system maps tags to individual line items automatically, removing the need for manual updates.
  • Improved Flexibility: Supports varied tagging conventions across different supply chain systems, allowing brands to operate without added complexity.
  • Consistent Supplier Experience: Suppliers receive traceability and compliance requests in the same structured format, improving clarity and response accuracy.
  • Eliminates Duplicate Requests: By unifying PO and line-item handling, the system avoids conflicting or overlapping requests under the same workflow.

This update helps brands manage compliance requests more flexibly while giving suppliers a consistent and accurate experience across all order types.
