As a brand and supplier, you now have access to several improvements in the Supplier Transaction List (STL) and Transaction List (TL) reports that make it easier to view, filter, and export data—supporting faster workflows and smarter decisions.

As a brand or supplier working with compliance and transaction reports, you now have access to several improvements that make it easier to verify data, apply filters, and export records across the Supplier Compliance report, Transaction List (TL), and Supplier Transaction List (STL) reports. These updates improve visibility, reduce manual verification, and strengthen the reliability of reporting workflows.

The enhancements include:

  • New filters in STL and TL reports for transaction type, supplier facility, product details, and division (brand-specific)
  • Export limit logic added to prevent errors when results exceed 20,000 rows, with prompts to refine filters.
  • Revised column names for clarity (for example, Certification is now Required Certificates).
  • Additional fields for improved traceability, such as:
    1. Recording Facility ID
    2. Uploaded Certificates/Documents
    3. Quantity Used / Remaining Quantity
  • Consistent column order across STL and TL reports to improve cross-team usability
  • Role-based visibility, ensuring suppliers see quantity data while brands do not
  • In the Supplier Compliance Report:
    1. A new Original Facility Name (Extracted from SC) column displays the facility name as found in the uploaded certificate
    2. A Facility Name Match Status column shows whether the certificate name matches the platform value, using statuses like Match, Edited Match, or Mismatch
    3. Additional context fields added, including Open Supply Hub Identifier, Rollout Wave, Supplier Group Name, and Required Scope Certificate.

Key Benefits

  • Filter Smarter: Apply advanced filters for transaction type, supplier facility, product details, and divisions (for brand users) to focus on relevant records only.
  • Clearer Data: Column names have been updated for better understanding (For example, Certification is now Required Certificates).
  • Better Traceability: Newly added fields such as Recording Facility ID, Uploaded Certificates/Documents, and Used/Remaining Quantity help track transaction status and material usage more accurately
  • Improved Certificate Verification: The new Original Facility Name (Extracted from SC) column allows brands to compare the facility name from the uploaded certificate with supplier-provided and platform-stored names.
  • Faster Issue Detection: A new Facility Name Match Status column helps identify mismatches or manual edits between certificate data and platform data at a glance.

These updates are designed to make the reporting experience more reliable and actionable, whether you are validating certificates, analyzing production usage, or exporting data for internal review.
