This feature is planned for training release on 27th September 2025.
As a supplier responding to EUDR requests, you must now select valid HS codes from an updated list aligned with the latest EU TRACES guidelines. The previous HS code reference has been removed from the platform to ensure all entries match regulatory expectations and reduce data quality issues during upload.
As a result, brands can collect consistent, regulation-aligned information with less manual effort, and suppliers benefit from clearer guidance when completing submissions.
Key Benefits
- Regulatory Alignment: The HS code list now fully complies with the latest EU TRACES system for EUDR reporting.
- Improved Data Accuracy: Removes the risk of using outdated or invalid HS codes during supplier submissions.
- Streamlined Validation: Supports automated data checks and reduces the need for manual correction or follow-up.
This update strengthens data reliability across EUDR workflows and supports smoother collaboration between brands and suppliers.
