As a brand reviewing a submitted audit, you can now request revisions directly when important information is missing or incorrect. This includes scenarios such as inaccurate non-conformance entries or incomplete supporting evidence.

With this update, you no longer need the TrusTrace Support Team to revert submissions. The system automatically updates the audit status, notifies the auditor with the revision reason, and logs the request for traceability. This allows faster corrections and maintains data accuracy throughout the audit process.
