As a brand, you can now generate Consolidated SCM Response and Overall Supply Chain Network reports on demand directly from the Reports page. Previously available only as scheduled exports, these reports have been enhanced to offer greater flexibility and real-time visibility into your supply chain data.

The reports are refreshed four times a day at 03:30, 08:30, 16:30, and 22:30 IST, ensuring that you are always working with the most current information.

Key Updates

Consolidated SCM Response:

• Supports 90-Day Data Exports: You can export up to 90 days of data at a time based on either the launch date or submission date filters applied.
• No Filters Applied: When no filters are selected, the report displays: 
  • Open requests launched in the last 90 days
  • Submitted requests submitted in the last 90 days from the current date.
• Launch or Submission Date Filters Applied: The report shows records that match the selected launch or submission date filters.
• Other Filters Applied: If only non-date filters are selected, the report displays open requests launched and requests submitted within the last 90 days that match those filters.
• Exporting for More Than 90 Days: To generate report data covering more than 90 days, it is recommended to apply filters in multiple separate runs, each covering a maximum of 90 days. For example, if you need data from January to June (180 days), run the first report with a date filter: January 1 to March 31, and run the second report with a date filter: April 1 to June 30.

Overall Supply Chain Network:

• Displays the full supplier network declared by your direct suppliers.
• Always reflects data from the most recent submitted request per supplier.
• Consolidates data across all SCM and Evidence configurations.
• Filtered views return matching records only.
