As a brand, you can now generate the PO Supply Chain Network report as an on-demand report. It provides up-to-date visibility into your supplier network declarations submitted during PO Tracing workflows. The data refreshes four times daily at 03:30, 08:30, 16:30, and 22:30 IST, ensuring access to the most recent information.

Key Updates

• Supports 90-Day Data Exports: You can export up to 90 days of data at a time based on either the launch date or submission date filters applied.
• No Filters Applied: If no filters are selected, the report displays: 
  • Open requests launched within the last 90 days
  • Submitted requests submitted within the last 90 days from the current date
• Launch or Submission Date Filters Applied: The report displays records that match the selected date filters.
• Other Filters Applied: If only non-date filters are applied, the report includes open requests launched and requests submitted within the last 90 days that match the selected filters.
• Exporting for More Than 90 Days: To generate report data covering more than 90 days, it is recommended to apply filters in multiple separate runs, each covering a maximum of 90 days. For example, if you need data from January to June (180 days), run the first report with a date filter: January 1 to March 31, and run the second report with a date filter: April 1 to June 30.

This update enhances reporting flexibility and gives brands more control over how they access and analyze supply chain data collected through PO Tracing. With on-demand access, filter options, and frequent data refreshes, the report supports improved visibility, accurate compliance tracking, and efficient data exports.
