Enforcement options include:

• Mandating COO documents for all Fiber or Raw Material nodes.
• Mandating COO documents only when the Fiber or Raw Material node contains cotton in the material composition.
• Mandating COO documents in Fiber or Raw Material nodes when the associated Fabric node contains cotton in the material composition.
