As a brand, you now have the ability to enforce the collection of Certificate of Origin (COO) documents for Cotton material in Fiber or Raw Material nodes within PO Tracing through newly introduced configuration options. These enhancements offer you greater control over where and when COO documents are required, enabling alignment with your sourcing strategies and compliance requirements. With this update, you can define targeted rules for COO document collection across upstream nodes.
Enforcement options include:
- Mandating COO documents for all Fiber or Raw Material nodes.
- Mandating COO documents only when the Fiber or Raw Material node contains cotton in the material composition.
- Mandating COO documents in Fiber or Raw Material nodes when the associated Fabric node contains cotton in the material composition.
This enhancement is designed to provide flexible and precise control over COO documentation requirements within PO Tracing. By implementing these rules, brands can improve traceability, meet regulatory obligations, and ensure consistency across supply chain documentation.
