As a brand and supplier, you can now submit more complete and accurate data for EU Regulation on Deforestation-free products (EUDR) compliance using the updated data collection form. The form includes new mandatory fields, validations, and structured inputs, especially helpful for cattle-related commodities that require full lifecycle traceability.
The form now allows you to add Due Diligence Reference Number, Verification Number, and Source Supplier Name directly under the Due Diligence section. To proceed with submission, you must provide either Due Diligence Reference Details or Farm Details. This ensures that every request includes at least one verified source of traceability.
For commodities with cattle-related HS codes, it is now mandatory to declare detailed location data for different stages in the cattle lifecycle. Stronger validations are now in place to prevent incomplete submissions and ensure proper formatting of reference details and farm data.
As a supplier, you can now group multiple PO responses into a single declaration using the Declarations tab. This allows you to manage related requests together, reducing repetitive work and improving turnaround times. Each grouped declaration is assigned a unique Declaration ID, making it easier to track and reference across the platform.
As a supplier, you can also have the option to save declarations as drafts, pause, and resume work without losing progress. Previously entered information and attachments are pre-filled when reopening a draft, making it easy to continue, edit, or submit the declaration later. This is especially useful when collecting missing data or finalizing grouped inputs. Drafts can be deleted if no longer needed, giving suppliers more control over their workflow.
Key Benefits
- Stronger EUDR Compliance: Ensures every request contains complete and verifiable data, supporting traceability for high-risk commodities like cattle.
- Flexible Supplier Input: Suppliers can submit either farm-level data or upstream documentation, depending on the available information.
- Cattle Lifecycle Visibility: Captures location details for each phase of the cattle lifecycle (such as Birth Farm, Raising Land, Grazing Land, or Slaughterhouse), meeting the stricter requirements of EUDR regulations.
- Higher Data Integrity: New validations help prevent errors, enforce consistency, and improve the overall quality of supplier submissions.
- Bulk Declaration Efficiency: Grouping related requests into a single declaration simplifies review and submission while reducing manual work.
- Save as Draft Flexibility: Suppliers can pause work, resume when ready, and avoid rework with editable draft declarations.
These enhancements are designed to help brands and suppliers meet EUDR expectations through a more flexible, accurate, and structured submission experience. By improving traceability, data quality, and cattle-specific workflows, the updated form supports faster, cleaner, and more compliant declarations.
