As a brand, you can now enable auditors assigned to both Auditing Firm and 3rd Party Remediation roles to access the Second-Party Audit (SPA) and Corrective Action Plan (CAP) modules from the same account. This update supports users (auditors) with dual responsibilities across audit and remediation workflows.

When both roles are assigned, access to SPA and CAP menus is automatically displayed in the navigation, along with the ability to perform all related actions. If only one role is assigned, such as Auditing Firm, only the relevant module (for example, SPA) is shown. This helps maintain a clean and focused view.

Key Benefits

  • Streamlined Auditor Access: Auditors with responsibilities in both SPA and CAP can now manage tasks from a single view, without needing separate accounts or switching roles.
  • Improved Role-Based Visibility: Auditors see only the modules relevant to their assigned roles, helping reduce confusion and simplify the interface.
  • Better Operational Efficiency: Eliminates the need for manual setup or multiple logins, saving time and effort for brands and their auditing partners.
  • Supports Complex Structures: Flexible access setup helps accommodate auditing firms with layered responsibilities or growing team structures.

This enhancement is designed to support auditing partners who manage responsibilities across both SPA and CAP. By allowing dual-role access from a single view, it simplifies workflows, improves clarity, and makes managing audit actions more efficient.
