As a brand, you now have more control, flexibility, and visibility over how supplier risks are flagged and managed.
Key Improvements
- Brand-Level Risk Threshold Configuration: Define your own match threshold for identifying supplier risks. The platform uses 85 percent as the default, which means a supplier is flagged if there is an 85 percent or higher match with a known risk entity. However, you can increase or decrease this threshold based on your company's risk tolerance.
- Expanded Risk Source Coverage: Includes additional risk screening from Sheffield Hallam University, complementing the existing integrations with CBP and Kharon to strengthen screening coverage and due diligence.
- Support for Custom Risk Entities: Submit your own list of high-risk suppliers or entities that you wish to monitor. This helps you track specific risks based on your requirements. The feature is available as an additional commercial service and includes dedicated configuration and support from the TrusTrace team.
- Comprehensive Keyword Screening: Supports keyword checks across multiple supplier data fields such as name, city, state, and country. Brand-specific keywords can also be added upon request.
- Enhanced Risk Dashboard Insights: Use the updated dashboard fields for greater transparency to assess and act on risk more clearly
- Risk Source — Identifies the origin that flagged the entity as high-risk.
- Match Percentage — Shows the similarity score between the supplier and the risk source entry.
- Threshold Percentage — Displays the configured match threshold for flagging. Entities exceeding this threshold are flagged and surfaced for review.
This enhancement is designed to provide brands with more flexibility and insight in managing the supplier risk dashboard. With support for custom entity lists and new data fields, the platform helps streamline your screening process and strengthen supply chain oversight.
