As a Brand, you can now understand the quality of a supplier's response as soon as you open it, and take action on what needs attention. The review screen runs three checks to highlight items that may need your attention.

As a Supplier, when a brand sends flagged items back, you are taken directly to what needs your attention.

Key Features for Brands

  • Needs Review Detection:
  • Data Completeness: Identify incomplete information, such as supplier unknown, facility unknown, product not applicable, and junk data..
  • Data Anomaly: Identify unusual or potentially incorrect data, such as the same supplier in multiple nodes, the same facility in multiple nodes, sub-contracted suppliers across the entire supply chain, supplier and facility location mismatch, and nomination bypass.
  • Network Change: Identify structural changes since the last response, such as a change in the sourcing model of a node, or a supplier or facility that was added, edited, or removed in a node.

For more information, see Reviewing and Requesting Revisions on a Supply Chain Mapping Response.
  • Flag and Refer Back:
    • Select flagged items and send them back to the supplier in one action, with an optional comment for context.

  • Supplier Responses Table:
  • See the most relevant information first, including a Needs Review count, Submission Status, Lock status, and whether a revision or edit request is pending.
  • Filter the list by Submission Status, Lock Status, Revision Requested, Edited Responses, or Needs Review.

  • Updated Reports:
  • Track review status in the Consolidated SCM Response report, which now includes Lock Status, Revision Requested, and Edit Requested information.
  • Track review status in the SCM Request Summary report, which includes Lock Status, Revision Requested, and Edit Requested information.

Key Features for Suppliers

  • Go directly to each flagged field or node from the direct link you receive.
  • Resubmit the response. It stays in In Progress until you do.
  • Track the revision request in your Pending Tasks and Ongoing Tasks, along with the action expected from you next.

Key Benefits for Brands

  • Faster, More Confident Review: The system automatically runs Data Completeness, Data Anomaly, and Network Change checks as soon as you open a response, so you know what needs attention without checking for it yourself.
  • Issues Sent Back in One Action: Flag issues and send them back to the supplier together, without leaving the platform.
  • Consistent Reporting: Lock, revision, and edit request status appear directly in your Consolidated SCM Response and SCM Request Summary reports.

Key Benefits for Suppliers

  • Clear Next Steps: Your task list shows what a brand needs from you, such as responding to a new request or resubmitting after a revision.
  • Direct Access to Flagged Items: When a brand sends you flagged items, you are taken directly to the specific field or node that needs attention.

This update gives brands an automatic view of response quality and a direct way to act on it, and gives suppliers clear guidance on what to fix.
