As a Brand, your EUDR compliance workflow is now organized into Requests and DDS Generator. This update adds more structured way to launch, track, and review EUDR requests.

As a Supplier, responding to EUDR data collection requests now happens through a dedicated Requests and Declarations experience, with clearer status tracking and the ability to save your progress as a draft.

Key Updates

  • Requests for Brands
    • Launch a data collection request against a set of purchase orders, either by traceability tag or by selecting specific POs directly, and see an overview of how each launch is progressing.
    • View, search, filter, and sort every individual request generated by a launch. You can lock or unlock any individual request, or cancel it, to control whether a supplier can respond.
    • Review submitted declarations, including commodity, producer, and geolocation information along with risk results, and move compliant declarations forward or send others back for correction.
  • Supplier Response Experience
    • View the requests raised against your purchase order lines, select multiple at once, and respond to them together in a single declaration.
    • See every declaration you hold, including drafts, which stay private until you submit them. Search, filter, and sort your declarations, and see at a glance what needs your action.
    • Complete a declaration with the commodity, producer, and plot-level information a request requires.
  • DDS Generator
    • View every purchase order line item that has been approved and is ready to move toward a Due Diligence Statement. Each line item also shows its associated operator.

Key Benefits for Brands

  • Structured, Dedicated Workflow: Manage EUDR requests and DDS readiness from one place.
  • Full Visibility Across Every Request: Track the status of every individual request, even at high volume, and control exactly when a supplier can or cannot respond.
  • Clear Path Toward DDS Generation: See exactly which approved line items are ready to move forward, and under which operator.

Key Benefits for Suppliers

  • Respond to Multiple Requests at Once: Answer several requests in a single declaration instead of responding to each one individually.
  • Save Your Progress: Keep a declaration as a draft, visible only to you, until you are ready to submit it.
  • Clear Status at a Glance: See which declarations need your action and which are already with your brand for review.

This update enhances the EUDR request experience. Brands can launch, track, and review requests in a structured workflow, and suppliers have a clearer, more guided way to respond.
