As a Brand, if Data Access Control (DAC) is enabled for your account, Audits, Assessments, and CAPs are now controlled by division, extending division-based data segregation across the compliance workflow.

When launching an Audit, the facilities available to you are filtered to your assigned division. When launching an Assessment, the suppliers or facilities available to you, depending on the type of Assessment, are filtered to your assigned division. The selected division remains associated with the Audit or Assessment and is automatically carried forward to any resulting CAP, CAPA, and related tasks.

Tasks generated from an Audit, Assessment, or CAP also carry the same division as the originating record, including review tasks. This allows users to filter Task Manager by division, consistent with the way Audit, Assessment, and CAP records can already be filtered.
