As a Brand, Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) are no longer limited to originating from Audits. You can now initiate and manage CAPs from Assessments as well. The CAP Requests list, CAP Summary page, and individual CAP report exports now clearly indicate the source of each CAP and display the fields relevant to that source, so you always see the right context regardless of where a CAP originated. Existing Audit-sourced CAPs continue to work exactly as before.

As a Brand or Supplier, when you export an individual CAP report, the report now reflects the correct source-specific fields depending on whether the CAP originated from an Audit or an Assessment, so your offline copy always matches what's shown on the platform.

• Source Visibility at a Glance: The CAP Requests list now shows a Source Type column (Audits or Assessments), a Source Configuration column, and a searchable Source ID column, so you can immediately identify where each CAP came from without opening it.
• Filter by Source: You can filter the CAP Requests list by Source Type and Source Configuration, making it easy to narrow the list down to CAPs from a specific module or configuration.
• Contextual CAP Summary: The CAP Summary page automatically adjusts its fields based on source. Assessment-sourced CAPs show fields such as No. of Non-Compliances, Assessment Status, Risk Status, Assessment Grade, Assessment Score, Assessment Launched Date, and Assessment Submitted Date, while Audit-sourced CAPs retain their existing fields.
• Reliable Offline Reporting: Individual CAP report exports reflect the same source-specific fields shown on the Summary page, keeping offline reviews accurate and consistent with the platform.
