As a Brand, you must now provide a comment explaining your reason when overriding a finding's compliance status in an audit checklist from Non-Compliant to Compliant, while the audit is still unlocked, before it is finalized. The original compliance status is preserved alongside the override for reference.

• Documented Rationale: A mandatory comment captures why the override was made, stored in the audit trail with who made the change, when, and the original and new values.
• Accurate Downstream Results: Findings overridden to compliant are excluded from CAP generation, and the grading engine uses the overridden status when calculating the audit grade. Overridden statuses are also clearly marked in the audit results report.
