Following the introduction of Agent Sourcing Model Support, Audit Management now supports supplier selection for facilities linked to multiple suppliers.
When launching an audit:
- Facility with an owner or an associated supplier – The supplier or associated supplier is automatically selected, with no change to the existing experience.
- Facility with an owner and more than one associated supplier – The supplier is selected by default. You can choose an associated supplier instead if needed.
- Facility without an owner and more than one associated supplier – Select which supplier the audit is linked to from the list of linked suppliers. This selection also determines which supplier is responsible for any resulting CAP.
If an audit results in a Corrective Action Plan (CAP), the selected supplier is automatically carried forward, ensuring the CAP is assigned to the correct supplier.
Key Benefits for Brands
- Accurate Audit Assignment: Ensure audits and any resulting CAPs are assigned to the appropriate supplier for shared facilities.
- Consistent Audit Visibility: Audits appear under both the selected supplier and the audited facility, making records easy to locate without creating duplicate audits across all linked suppliers.
- Seamless Experience: Existing audit workflows for single-supplier facilities remain unchanged, while shared facilities are supported with intelligent supplier assignment.
This enhancement extends Agent Sourcing Model Support into Audit Management, ensuring audits and any resulting CAPs are consistently associated with the correct supplier while preserving the existing experience for single-supplier facilities.
