As a Supplier, uploading a Transaction Certificate or Scope Certificate now shows you clearly when data extraction is running, and notifies you once it is complete, so you are never left waiting without knowing what is happening or how long it will take. You can close the extraction screen and continue other work while it processes in the background. This feature is available only for Certificate Collection and Management requests.

• Clear Progress Indication: When you upload a certificate, you immediately see a progress indicator and a message letting you know extraction may take a few minutes for larger files.
• Freedom to Continue Working: Close the extraction screen and keep working elsewhere on the platform; extraction keeps running in the background and does not need your attention.
• Completion Notification: If you are still on the screen when extraction finishes, the form populates automatically with a prompt to review the extracted fields. If you have navigated away, you receive a notification confirming extraction is complete, with a link back to review it.
