As a Brand, you can now archive a facility that is no longer relevant to your active sourcing or supply chain workflows, for example, when a factory closes, a sourcing relationship ends, or a duplicate facility record needs to be retired. Archived facilities are removed from active selection across the platform and moved to the Archived Facilities tab, where they are kept on record and can be unarchived at any time.

For facilities linked to more than one supplier, you can archive each supplier's relationship to the facility independently, whether the Supplier or an Associated Supplier, from the Managed Facilities tab. Archiving one relationship does not affect the facility's other linked suppliers.

• Cleaner Active Workflows: Archived facilities no longer appear in facility selection across modules, keeping your active facility list focused on locations you currently source from.
• Relationship-Level Control for Shared Facilities: Archive one supplier's relationship to a shared facility without disrupting access for the Supplier or any other Associated Suppliers linked to it.
• Reversible When Needed: Unarchive a facility, or an individual supplier relationship on a shared facility, at any time, restoring it for active use.

This update gives brands a way to retire facilities, or individual supplier relationships on a shared facility, that are no longer active, keeping day-to-day workflows clean without losing the record of what was archived.
