Brands can now control which facilities suppliers can use when recording transactions by applying their configured Facility Visibility settings.

The facilities available to suppliers when recording transactions now automatically reflect the Facility Visibility setting configured in Company Settings.

• Brand Created Facilities Only – Suppliers can record transactions using only brand-created facilities.
• All Facilities – Suppliers can record transactions using both brand-created facilities and supplier-created facilities associated with your suppliers.
• When Allow only facilities declared as used for your brand's production is enabled, suppliers can record transactions only against supplier-created facilities that have been declared as producing for your brand. Brand-created facilities are always available.

This behavior applies when suppliers record transactions through the UI, upload a Transaction Certificate, or submit transactions using the Excel template. For Excel uploads, if a facility falls outside the brand's allowed facility scope, the upload fails validation with a clear facility mismatch error, allowing suppliers to correct the data before resubmitting.
