Brands can now apply their Facility Visibility settings consistently across Certificate Collection and Management requests, ensuring facility selection, notifications, and reporting align with their visibility preferences throughout the request lifecycle.
The facilities included in Certificate Collection and Management requests now automatically reflect the Facility Visibility setting configured in Company Settings.
- Brand Created Facilities Only – Requests include only brand-created facilities.
- All Facilities – Requests include both brand-created facilities and supplier-created facilities associated with your suppliers.
- When Allow only facilities declared as used for your brand's production is enabled, requests include only supplier-created facilities that have been declared as producing for your brand. Brand-created facilities are always included.
Facility Visibility is applied consistently throughout the request lifecycle:
- At request launch – Facilities included in the request reflect the Facility Visibility settings in effect at the time the request is launched.
- For continuous requests – Newly created facilities are automatically included when they meet the current Facility Visibility criteria.
- For existing requests – Changes to Facility Visibility settings do not affect requests that have already been launched.
- For notifications and reports – Notifications, pending tasks, and reports continue to reflect the facilities applicable to each request based on the visibility settings in effect when the request was created.
