As a Brand, you can now generate a comprehensive EUDR Compliance Report directly from Visualization > Reports > EUDR. This is a structured, multi-tab Excel report that consolidates all relevant EUDR compliance data across purchase orders, supplier declarations, historical due diligence statements, farm-level traceability, and supporting evidence in one place. This eliminates the need to gather and compile data from multiple screens and exports, making audit preparation faster and more reliable.

The PO Details tab lists all purchase orders linked to EUDR requests with shipment-level granularity. It includes DDS status, deforestation risk, legality risk, and country risk per PO line item, enabling you to trace every PO through the compliance process and verify shipment-level fulfillment for regulatory audits.

The Declaration Details tab shows one row per declaration with aggregated PO references and risk indicators. It gives you an at-a-glance compliance status per declaration, accelerating your audit preparation workflow.

The DDS Details tab lists historical Due Diligence Statement records tied to each declaration. It shows the due diligence number, verification number, and reference supplier name for each historical DDS record, enabling you to verify the continuity of due diligence and audit the full DDS trail for regulatory compliance.

The Farm Details tab shows every plot submitted under a declaration with geolocation data, deforestation risk analysis results, and protected areas and indigenous peoples overlap status. This supports the core EUDR requirement for farm-level land-use verification.

The Evidences tab lists all certificates and supporting documents uploaded per declaration, including certificate validity details. This enables you to confirm the evidence base for each compliance claim and verify certificate validity during audits.

You can generate the report on demand by selecting a date range filtered on PO Delivery Date, with options for Last 90 days, Last 180 days, or a custom date range. For large datasets, the report is generated in the background, and you are notified when it is ready to download.
