As a Brand or Supplier reviewing a PO Tracing declaration, you can now access a complete, chronological audit trail of all workflow events through the History tab in the Activity pane. Every submission, revision request, and resubmission is permanently recorded and never overwritten, giving you a full and reliable record of the declaration lifecycle.
Each history entry displays:
- A colour-coded event label indicating the event type
- The name and company of the user who performed the action
- The timestamp
- The remark submitted at that stage.
The following events are captured in the History tab:
- Request Launched — when the request was sent to the supplier, including the launch message as the remark
- Request Submitted — the supplier's initial submission
- Revision Requested — when the brand requests a revision
- Request Edited and Submitted — all subsequent supplier resubmissions after a revision request
- Request Approved — when the brand approves the submission.
The History tab is available at the declaration level, and independently for each direct and nominated supplier, so each supplier's workflow history is scoped separately.
Key Benefits for Brands
- Complete Audit Trail: Every workflow event is permanently preserved, giving you a full record of submissions, revision requests, and resubmissions across all revision cycles.
- Accurate User Visibility: The actual brand user name and company are displayed against brand events, replacing the previous generic display.
- Entity-Level Clarity: Each supplier's history is independently scoped, making it easy to track the workflow progress of individual direct and nominated suppliers.
Key Benefits for Suppliers
- Full Workflow Visibility: Access a complete history of your submissions and any revision requests, so you always have a clear record of the interactions on each declaration.
This update ensures that no workflow event or remark is lost across revision cycles, giving both brands and suppliers an accurate and complete record of every declaration interaction.
