As a supplier, you can now mark certificate collection requests as Not Applicable when your facility does not hold or is not eligible for the requested certificate. This resolves the request immediately, eliminating the need to leave it open without action or requiring the brand to follow up for clarification.

You can mark a single request or select multiple requests in bulk. When marking a request as Not Applicable, you are required to select a reason from a predefined list. Once marked, the request moves to the Completed Requests tab with a Not Applicable status, and no further action is needed from you or the brand.

Key Benefits for Suppliers

  • Faster Resolution: Resolve irrelevant requests in one step without uploading a certificate or triggering a brand approval workflow.
  • Bulk Action Support: Mark multiple irrelevant requests as Not Applicable at once, including older expired requests, reducing backlog management effort.
  • Cleaner Request Queue: Pending requests that are not actionable are resolved cleanly, keeping your request queue accurate and up to date.

This update gives suppliers a direct and efficient way to manage certificate collection requests that are not relevant to their facilities, reducing unnecessary follow-ups and keeping both supplier and brand workflows accurate.
