As a brand, you can now search, filter, and sort records in the Archived Suppliers and Archived Facilities tabs. Previously, brands with large numbers of archived records had to scroll through the entire list manually to locate a specific supplier or facility. This enhancement brings the same search and filter experience available in the active Suppliers and Facilities tabs to the archived view, making it significantly faster to find and manage archived records.

Key Benefits for Brands

• Faster Record Retrieval: Search by name or UID to locate archived suppliers and facilities instantly without manual scrolling.
• Flexible Filtering: Narrow down results using relevant filters such as country, materials, value process, and more, including custom fields for archived suppliers.
• Sort Options: Records default to Newly Archived order, with the option to switch to Alphabetical Order (A-Z).

This enhancement eliminates the need to manually scroll through hundreds of archived records, saving time when locating suppliers or facilities for unarchiving.
