As a Brand, you can now add internal comments on PO Tracing declarations and collaborate with your team without leaving the platform. Comments are visible only to brand users and are never shown to suppliers.

The Activity pane is accessible from the Declaration page and allows you to:

• Add internal comments and view the declaration history
• Tag colleagues using @mention to notify them with a direct link to the declaration

The bell notification in the top navigation has two tabs:

• Comments – shows all comment activity on declarations you have access to
• Mentions – shows only the comments where you were directly tagged

• In-Platform Collaboration: Add internal notes and discuss PO Tracing declarations with your team directly within the platform, reducing dependency on emails and external communication tools.
