Key Enhancements:

• Streamlined Evidence Collection: 
  • Suppliers with declared supply chain network: Suppliers can upload documents to establish supply chain compliance while selecting the network for that PO.
  • Suppliers without declared supply chain network: Suppliers can declare the network for a PO by uploading relevant documents. The system clearly outlines the required network details and extracts key information from the provided documents such as Supplier Information, Buyer/Seller Name. Additionally, the system forms the supply chain network as part of this process, enabling seamless integration and enhanced visibility for future compliance management.
• Material-Specific Document: Collection: You can now ask for material-specific documents to be uploaded by your suppliers for specific product category (node)
• Enhanced Collaboration and Communication: 
  • Request Delegation: Suppliers can delegate requests to upstream nominated suppliers within their supply chain network, streamlining collaboration.
• Improved Validation and Data Integrity: 
  • Enhanced Validation Workflow: 
    • Missing Documents: Prompt suppliers to upload mandatory/recommended documents (e.g., Invoices, Production Records).
    • Incomplete Information: Alert users to missing details in given sections.
    • Supplier Name Mismatch: Flag and verify inconsistencies between supplier names in declarations and invoices.
    • Buyer Name Mismatch: Identify and confirm mismatches between the upstream buyer name (in the invoice) and the downstream supplier name.
  • Invoice as a Mandatory Document: Enforce the upload of a valid invoice as a mandatory document for all product categories.
  • Handling of "No Documents Available": Allow users to select Document not available option with a reason and notify the brand accordingly.
  • Material Presence and Composition Validation: Validate materials in supplier-uploaded documents against the Style and its BOM (if available in master data).
• Improved User Experience for Suppliers
  • Draft-Saving Capability: Suppliers can save responses as drafts and submit them later.
  • Bulk Updates: Suppliers can update supply chain information for all POs that were selected and declared as part of the same network simultaneously. This eliminates the need to edit individual POs, streamlining the update process and ensuring consistency across the declared network.  
  • Optimized Navigation: Suppliers navigation to respond has been restructured to improve ease of use and streamline workflows:
    • Requests Tab: Lists all POs requests requiring a response, whether they are with or without evidence. Suppliers will have a filter to view which requests need evidence.
    • Declarations Tab: Displays supplier-submitted declarations (responses for 1 or more POs), categorized as:
      • Saved as Draft: Responses were saved but not yet submitted.
      • Submitted: Responses that have been completed and submitted. 
      • Suppliers can edit both Draft and Submitted responses, allowing them to update and reflect changes across all POs associated with a declaration in one action.

This updated navigation improves usability by reducing complexity and providing a more intuitive interface for managing requests and declarations.

• Improved Visibility to Brands: 
  • PO Response View: Comprehensive supply chain tree view declared for a PO with visibility into Supplier/Facility Information, Document submitted etc. Additionally, brands can easily identify, and address issues highlighted in the Issues Overview section.
  • Real-Time Map Updates: Map view auto-updates with new suppliers discovered through documents submitted, ensuring up-to-date visibility.
