These updates provide your suppliers with greater flexibility and efficiency, enabling precise fulfillment of purchase orders at the line-item level and automating the calculation of fulfillment status.
Key Features and Enhancements
- Line-Item Level Fulfillment: Fulfill POs at the line-item level to support single or multi-level POs.
- Streamlined Fulfillment Status Updates:
- Automated status determination (for Fulfilled, Overfulfilled POs) based on recorded quantities.
- Manual input (for Partial Shipment or Short Shipment POs) when the outbound quantity is less than the remaining PO quantity.
- Enhanced Field Configuration: Configurable Delay Reason, and Material PO (for Tier 2 suppliers in outbound) fields for improved usability. By default, this field is hidden. Brands can request to add this field for their suppliers through TrusTrace Support.
- Quantity Conversion: Ensures consistency by enforcing unit matching between outbound transactions and the corresponding PO/PO line item, maintaining quantity integrity. Inventory deductions are accurately applied for quantities measured in both units and kilograms.
