- Line-Item Level Fulfillment: Fulfill POs at the line-item level for greater flexibility and control in managing transfer transactions.
- Streamlined Fulfillment Status Updates:
- Automated status determination (Fulfilled, Overfulfilled, Partial Shipment, Short Shipment) based on recorded quantities.
- Simplified manual input for Partial Shipment or Short Shipment when transfer quantity is less than the remaining PO quantity.
- Enhanced Field Configuration: Configurable Delay Reason field for improved usability. By default, this field is hidden for all suppliers. Brands can request to add this field for their suppliers through TrusTrace Support.
- Quantity Conversion: Ensures consistency by enforcing unit matching between transfer transactions and the corresponding PO/PO line item, maintaining quantity integrity. Inventory deductions are accurately applied for quantities measured in both units and kilograms.
