As a Brand, you now have a clearer and more complete view of audit scores, CAP status, and non-conformity data across the Audit Summary page, Audit list view, and a new on-demand report. These enhancements make it easier to understand how an audit score evolved across key stages and track CAP progress without navigating to a separate module.
The Audit Summary page now displays the audit score progression across three clearly labelled sections:
- Audit Results: Initial — the original score and grade submitted by the auditor, always visible for completed audits
- Audit Results: Brand Overridden — shown only when a severity override has been applied by the brand
- Audit Results: CAP Remediation In Progress — shown when the CAP request closes, reflecting the recalculated score after corrective actions. During an active CAP, this section displays as Audit Results: CAP Remediation In Progress with a live badge. This section is displayed only for brands configured to revise the audit score on CAPA approval.
- Audit Results: CAP Remediated — shown when all corrective actions are approved, and the CAP request is closed, reflecting the final recalculated score after remediation is complete. This section is displayed only for brands configured to revise the audit score on CAP closure.
As a Brand or Auditor, the Audit list view now includes a CAP Status column that replaces the previous CAP Initiated column. This shows the full CAP lifecycle status for each audit, with multi-select filter support. Existing saved filters referencing CAP Initiated are handled automatically.
The Audit Results report is now available on demand from Visualization > Reports > Audits. The report can be generated per audit configuration and filtered by date range based on audit launch date, with options for Last 90 days, Last 180 days, or a custom range. The report includes the following information:
- Supplier and facility details
- Initial, Brand Overridden, and CAP Adjusted scores and grades per audit configuration
- CAP Status and CAP Closure percentage
- Non-conformity breakdown by severity.
Key Benefits for Brands
- Score Progression Clarity: View how the audit score evolved from the initial auditor submission through brand override to CAP adjustment, in one place.
- CAP Status at a Glance: The CAP Status column in the Audit list view shows the full lifecycle status for each audit, replacing the previous binary CAP Initiated indicator.
- Comprehensive Audit Export: The Audit Results report consolidates score progression, CAP status, CAP closure percentage, and NC data in a single downloadable report per audit configuration.
- Consistent Terminology: Non-conformity data is now consistently labelled as NCs across the platform, replacing the previous use of Findings.
Key Benefits for Auditors
- CAP Visibility in List View: The CAP Status column is visible in the Auditor view, giving auditors direct visibility into CAP progress for each audit from the list view.
This update provides brands and auditors with a complete, consistent, and traceable view of audit score progression and CAP status across every level of the audit workflow.
