As a Brand, you now have improved visibility into audit validity, deadlines, and overdue status across your supplier and facility network through a set of connected enhancements to the Audits module.

The following updates have been made across the Audit Card, Audit list view, and Reports.

• The Audit Card on the Supplier Profile and Facility Profile pages now displays two additional fields:
  • Audit Configuration — the configuration used for the audit
  • Next Audit Due Date — calculated after an audit is completed and graded. Displays as N/A for audits that are still in progress.

• The Audit list view now includes a new Audit Overdue column for both brands and auditors, with the following updates:
  • Shows one of two states, On Time or Overdue, based on whether the audit was completed by the Target Date
  • For completed and cancelled audits, the status is preserved as a historical record
  • A new Audit Overdue filter with On Time and Overdue options has been added to the filter row
  • The column is included in audit Excel exports.
• The Audit Validity Report is now available on demand from Visualization > Reports > Audits. The report covers every supplier and facility associated with you, including those with no completed audit on record, and includes the following information
  • Supplier and facility details, including name, UID, country, and city
  • Audit configuration, year, start and end dates, status, grade, score, and report number
  • Validity period, validity expiry date, and validity status (Valid, Expiring Soon, Expired, or Not Available).
  • CAP status and CAP due date.

• Audit Card Visibility: View the audit configuration and next audit due date directly on the Supplier and Facility profile pages, supporting faster audit planning without additional navigation.
• Complete Compliance Coverage: The Audit Validity Report covers all suppliers and facilities, including those with no audit on record, ensuring no facility is missed during compliance reviews.
• Proactive Expiry Management: Identify audits expiring soon or already expired based on your configured Audit Expiration Period setting.
• CAP Visibility Alongside Validity: View CAP status and audit validity in a single report, without cross-referencing separate reports.

• List-Level Overdue Tracking: Identify overdue audits at a glance from the Audit list view and filter by On Time or Overdue to prioritise follow-ups during review cycles

This update gives compliance teams and auditors connected visibility into audit validity and overdue status at every level, from individual profile cards to the full supplier network, supporting proactive compliance planning and efficient workload management.
