As a Brand (with admin access), you can now unlock a locked or completed audit request directly from the platform without contacting the TrusTrace Support team. The unlock option is available from the audit details page. A confirmation prompt is displayed before the audit is unlocked, and all previously entered data is preserved. Audit requests cannot be unlocked once a CAP request is initiated.

Once unlocked, the audit returns to the Completed state, and you can make the necessary corrections and resubmit. The unlock action is logged in the audit history with the user name and timestamp.
