As a Brand, you can now choose between two Corrective Action Plan (CAP) types when launching a CAP request, Progressive and Bulk. In the Progressive CAP type, each Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) can be submitted and reviewed independently as it is completed, making it suitable for audits where non-conformities are resolved over different timelines. You can set a due date per CAPA at the time of launch, reflecting the severity and urgency of each finding. As each CAPA is approved, the audit score is recalculated in real time, giving you a progressive view of supplier improvement without waiting for the entire CAP to close.
As a Supplier responding to a Progressive CAP, you can now submit each CAPA individually as you complete it, without waiting for all findings to be addressed. Other CAPAs in the same CAP remain editable and unaffected, while a submitted one is under brand review. Once a CAPA is submitted or approved, it is locked for editing. If the brand requests a revision on a specific CAPA, only that CAPA is sent back to you for updates, while all other CAPAs in the same CAP remain in their current state.
Note: The existing Bulk CAP type remains unchanged for brands that prefer a single submission and review cycle.

- Timely Notifications: Receive an email notification each time a supplier submits a CAPA in a Progressive CAP.
- Review History Integrity: Submitted and Approved CAPAs are locked from supplier edits, ensuring the score calculation and review record remain stable during and after review.
