As a Brand, you can now initiate and manage certificate collection requests for both Scope Certificates and Facility Certificates directly via UI, Excel, or API. You can choose between two request types, Continuous and On-Demand, and four configurations based on the type of certificate you need to collect.

A Continuous request, once raised for a supplier, automatically triggers a new certificate collection request for any new facility created for that supplier in the future. An On-Demand request allows brands to collect certificates from a specific supplier or facility as needed.

The four configurations available are:

• General Facility Certificate Collection: Collect any facility certificate without specifying a standard. Your suppliers can voluntarily provide any facility certificate they have for their facilities.
• Specific Standard Facility Certificate Collection: Collect facility certificates from your suppliers by specifying a certificate standard in the request relevant to the facility/product you need for compliance or due diligence needs.
• General Scope Certificate Collection: Collect any scope certificate without specifying a standard. Your suppliers can voluntarily provide any scope certificate they have for their facilities.
• Specific Standard Scope Certificate Collection:  Collect scope certificates from your suppliers by specifying a certificate standard in the request relevant to the facility/product you need for compliance or due diligence needs.

Note: General Facility Certificate Collection and General Scope Certificate Collection configurations are now available. The remaining configurations are planned for the Production release.
