As a Supplier, you can now assign Material IDs in bulk while uploading a Transaction Certificate. This eliminates the need to enter Material IDs one by one for each product lot, significantly reducing effort when processing certificates with a large number of lots.

The following bulk assignment options are available:

  • Same as Lot ID: Copies the Lot ID into the Material ID field for all selected rows in one action, useful when the Lot ID and Material ID are the same.
  • Bulk Apply: Allows you to enter a single Material ID and apply it to all selected rows at once, useful when one ID applies to an entire batch.
  • Delete: Removes selected lots that should not be included in the certificate, with a confirmation step before the deletion is applied, keeping your lot list accurate before submission.

All changes made through bulk actions are reflected in real time and apply to both Inbound and Outbound Transaction Certificates.

Key Benefits for Suppliers

  • Faster Certificate Processing: Assign Material IDs to multiple lots in a single action, reducing the time and effort required for certificates with a large number of lots.
  • Fewer Errors: Bulk assignment reduces the risk of inconsistencies that can occur during repetitive manual entry.
  • Flexible Assignment Options: Choose between copying Lot IDs, applying a single ID across a batch, or removing lots, based on how your material data is structured.

Suppliers can now complete Material ID assignment more efficiently during the Transaction Certificate upload process, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy across large lot submissions.
