As a Brand and Supplier, you can now access improved transaction reports with new filters, cleaner column structures, and cotton country of origin data to support compliance and supplier monitoring. The Supplier Transaction List (STL) and Transaction List (TL) reports now include dedicated columns for invoice numbers, TC reference numbers, and PO numbers, along with a Status column that reflects the full transaction lifecycle.

As a Brand, you can also filter both reports by supplier and transaction status before generating them, and track cotton country of origin data directly from the PO Evidence Report.

Key Benefits for Brands

  • Supplier Filtering: A new Supplier Name filter in the STL report lets you select one or more suppliers before generating the report, returning all transaction types for those suppliers in a single view.
  • Status-Based Filtering: A new Status filter in the Advanced Filters section of both the TL and STL reports lets you narrow results by transaction states.
  • Visibility into Deleted Transactions: You can now filter for and view deleted transactions directly in the STL report, giving you a complete picture of supplier activity for follow-up and audit purposes.
  • Clearer Transaction References: Invoice Number, TC Reference Number, and PO Number are now available as separate columns in both the TL and STL reports, replacing the previous combined reference fields for easier transaction tracing.
  • Improved Input Traceability: Three new Input Facility Name, Input TC Reference Number, and Input Invoice Number columns in the STL report provide greater visibility into the input materials associated with each transaction.
  • Cotton Country of Origin Tracking: Three new columns in the PO Evidence Report, namely Country of Dispatch from TC, Cotton - Country of Origin, and Cotton - Province, allow compliance teams to verify cotton sourcing across all purchase orders in bulk, supporting forced labour due diligence requirements.

Key Benefits for Suppliers

  • Clearer Transaction References: Invoice numbers, TC reference numbers, and PO numbers are now displayed in separate columns in the STL report, replacing the previous combined reference fields.
  • Full Transaction Lifecycle Visibility: The Status column now reflects all transaction states, including Deleted, Saved as Draft, Submitted, Documents Needed, Pending Approval, and Rejected.

These updates improve transaction reporting across the TL, STL, and PO Evidence Reports. With new filters, cleaner reference columns, and direct access to cotton country of origin data, brands and suppliers can monitor supplier activity and meet compliance requirements without relying on manual data processing outside the platform.
