• Clearer Contact Identification: The facility contact field is now clearly labelled as Facility Contact, removing any ambiguity about who to reach out to when following up on corrective actions.
• Complete Facility Address: The complete facility address (Address line 1, Address line 2, City, State, Country) is now displayed on the CAP Summary page, supporting on-site verification visits and coordination with local teams.
• Accurate, Auto-Populated Address Data: Complete facility address details are automatically displayed from the facility profile details, ensuring the information is always current and consistent. Facility Contact and Facility Address details are automatically updated when facility information is updated in the Facility profile. If a facility address or contact is not available in the Facility profile, the Not Available option is displayed to maintain consistency across the page.
