As a Brand, you can now select 45-day expiry options, both before and after the delivery date, when launching PO Tracing requests. Previously, a 45-day expiry option was not available, making it difficult to align PO Tracing timelines with compliance requirements that mandate a 45-day response period (for example, EUDR). A new 21-day after delivery date option has also been introduced to ensure a consistent and complete range of expiry options when configuring requests.

The PO Supply Chain Network report has also been updated to support these new expiry options (45 days before the delivery date, 45 days after the delivery date, and 21 days after the delivery date), giving you greater flexibility in defining the request window that aligns with your actual sourcing and shipment timelines.

Key Benefits for Brands

  • Greater Flexibility in Expiry Configuration: The updated expiry options now include 45 days before delivery date and 45 days after delivery date, giving brands more control over response windows when launching PO Tracing requests.
  • Compliance Alignment: The 45-day expiry option supports brands managing compliance-related requests by matching the timeframes required for supplier responses under the regulation, removing the need for manual deadline tracking outside the platform.
  • Improved Consistency in Expiry Options: A new 21-day after delivery date option has been added to align the before and after delivery date options, ensuring a consistent and predictable selection experience.

Key Benefits for Suppliers

Adequate Response Time: With the 45-day expiry option, suppliers receive sufficient time to gather and submit the required information, reducing the risk of missed deadlines for compliance-related requests.

This update gives brands greater control over expiry timelines in PO Tracing workflows, ensuring request configurations can be aligned with regulatory requirements. With expanded expiry options and accurate deadline visibility for both brands and suppliers, the platform supports more precise and compliant traceability operations.
