Standardize, digitalize, and centralize the data you wish to capture from your entire supplier network for easier ESG-related reporting. With Supply Chain Mapping (SCM), you decide when, whom and what kind of data is collected for traceability. Visualize your supply chain across the world on the world map view, learn about the connections between them, and assess the impact by region.
Respond to SCM Request
You can launch a supply chain mapping request to your direct suppliers, such that your direct supplier can declare the complete supply chain involved in the production and delivery of goods and services. This can include manufacturers, traders, subcontractors, and suppliers engaged at every level. This helps you and your supplier to gain a comprehensive understanding of how the products are produced and delivered, from the raw materials to the finished product.
Your direct suppliers can view and respond to supply chain map request from the Pending Tasks page. They can also perform the following:
- Search for suppliers and facilities already declared.
- Manage their supply chain map and ensure it is properly organized in the hierarchy to show the accurate picture of their supply network to you.
- Auto Save support on the platform enables your supplier to save their node progress while filling an SCM request.
- Declare the legal name of their supplier whose facility is being subcontracted for producing your order, so that you have clear information on all the facilities which were used for producing your orders.
- Declare a particular node as “Not Applicable” if it’s not part of their supply chain network.

Your direct suppliers can now declare if they are agents and can also capture other agents in the supply chain.
How your Suppliers View a SCM Request?
Your direct suppliers will be able to view the supply chain data requested from you and the product hierarchy to provide necessary data and help you become compliant with sustainability regulations to avoid supply chain risks (detained/ delayed shipments).
