Standardize, digitalize, and centralize the data you wish to capture from your entire supplier network for easier ESG-related reporting. With Supply Chain Mapping (SCM), you decide when, whom and what kind of data is collected for traceability. Visualize your supply chain across the world on the world map view, learn about the connections between them, and assess the impact by region.

Supply Chain Map Configuration

  • Configure the supply chain data to be entered by your suppliers based on the configuration set by you, so that when responding to the request, your suppliers get to see only those nodes and fields to enter data, that is expected by the configuration.
  • Configure the node-specific field details in the supply chain map that you need to collect from your suppliers depending on the regulation, product type, and hierarchy, to comply with upcoming regulations and to protect your shipments
  • Launch an SCM request based on a configuration for specific regulations and at a frequency of your choice.
  • Add tags to your suppliers to group them according to different criteria such as location, material types, or certification status for you to create the SCM requests in a recurring manner based on these tags, allowing you to efficiently collect data.

Launch an SCM Request

You can launch an SCM request by choosing Supplier > Supply Chain Mapping on the menu bar and clicking Launch New Request.

  • You can swiftly launch the SCM requests to specific direct suppliers by either searching for them individually or grouping them using tags.
  • You can customize the SCM request's frequency and expiration period for the suppliers by configuring recurring timings and expiry durations.
