Ability to Record Outbound Transactions Using the Transaction Certificate

Previously, the transaction certificate was manually uploaded after recording a transaction using T-EMS but the upload of TC was not intelligent as it did not involve any extraction of data. With this new feature, a supplier can create Outbound Transaction directly using Fabric TC (Tier 2 supplier) or Finished Product TC (Tier 1 supplier) and link the data with respective PO. It is done in the following way: 

  • Data from TC is extracted on data 
  • Validations are run on extracted from TC and data available on the platform
  • Respective PO gets reconciled.

Since the PO is reconciled using source of truth i.e., TC data, the data received is validated by platform providing assurance of accurate data into the platform. 

 

 

Purchase Order Management Module

With this feature, PO Management Module will also be available for suppliers. Suppliers will now have a visibility about live status of all the PO's tagged to them by a brand and they can view if POs were fulfilled, unfulfilled etc. With this feature, supplier will have a list of POs for them to fulfill. TrusTrace platform will provide this data to the supplier, instead of them depending on brand for this information offline.

 

PO Management Module will be visible to the Supplier, where the common PO's between the supplier and brand will be visible to the Supplier. 

 

This feature is enabled in the following way: 

  • Supplier will get a consolidated pending task of all Unfulfilled POs
  • Supplier will be able to view the list of Unfulfilled PO sorted by which PO has the earliest delivery date
  • Supplier will then have to record Transactions via TC/UI/Excel to fulfill the PO.

This feature helps the supplier with the view on the overall list of pending / Unfulfilled POs, for which they will have to take some action, without a need for Brands to follow up.

 

  

Brand Selection for Multi-brand Suppliers while Recording a Transaction


Previously, suppliers who were handing multiple brands had to use different accounts to manage these brands separately in TrusTrace platform. With this new feature, a supplier can choose a brand from multiple brands it works with from the same account, record a transaction and have a better experience with the platform.

This new feature enables a supplier who is subscribed to transactions and is a multi-tier supplier for the same brand to manage multiple tiers in the same account. This is done so that tier-specific context, such as custom labels, search lookup are applied, and the right information is collected in transactions/TC.

With this new feature, a multi-tier supplier can choose a tier, from a list of tiers that are tied to that supplier based on the brand that they have chosen, from the same account, record a transaction and have a better experience with the platform.
