As a Brand, you can now view the CAP Initiated status directly in the audit list view. This enhancement introduces a new column that indicates whether a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) has been initiated for locked audits, making it easier to identify which audits require follow-up actions. The feature provides a quick overview of CAP status based on audit findings and audit state, improving visibility across the workflow and reducing the need to open each audit individually to verify CAP requirements.

Key Benefits

  • Quick Identification of CAP Needs: Helps Brand users easily see which locked audits require a CAP without going into each audit.
  • Better Post-Audit Prioritization: Enables users to focus on audits with findings that require corrective actions, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Clear Status Representation: The CAP Initiated field clearly shows the state of each audit through the following values:
    • Yes: CAP has been initiated
    • No: Findings exist, but CAP has not been initiated
    • NA: CAP does not apply
This helps users quickly understand the status of each audit.
  • Efficient Filtering and Review: Allows filtering by CAP-initiated status, making it simple to narrow down audits based on their CAP state.
  • Improved Reporting Visibility: Includes the CAP status in export reports, supporting consistent tracking and analysis across audit records.
  • Enhanced Workflow Governance: Ensures alignment between audit outcomes and corrective action requirements through clear and accessible CAP status information.

This enhancement gives the Brands clearer visibility and control when reviewing Second-Party Audits. By displaying the CAP Initiated status in the list view, enabling filtering and adding it to export reports, it simplifies post-audit actions, improves traceability, and supports effective monitoring of corrective activities.
