As a Brand, you can now approve or request revisions for the POs from multiple supplier sections, such as direct suppliers, nominated suppliers, or linked suppliers, individually within a PO Tracing declaration. Previously, brands could only take action on the entire declaration, which caused all suppliers involved to resubmit their details. This update ensures that only the specific supplier section that needs attention is asked to revise the details. Also, this reduces unnecessary work and provides clearer, more targeted guidance on what needs to be corrected.

Key Benefits

• Reduced Supplier Workload: Only the supplier responsible for the PO that needs correction receives a revision request. Suppliers who have already submitted accurate information are not required to resubmit.
• Clear Visibility: PO statuses are displayed separately, enabling brands to quickly see which POs are approved and which require updates.
• Accurate and Targeted Notifications: Notifications are sent only to the supplier linked to the PO requiring changes, ensuring clear and relevant communication.
