As a brand, you now have access to two new reports in the Preferred Material Management (PMM) solution that help improve traceability, data validation, and material usage monitoring across your supply chain.

  • Shipment Report: Provides a detailed view of all data collection requests sent to suppliers, including responses received and certificates submitted at both the purchase order and shipment levels. It also includes requests that are still awaiting a response, offering complete visibility into engagement status.
  • Material Accounting Report: Summarizes the usage of preferred materials, validated through Transaction Certificates. It allows you to compare the material composition requested with what has been reported by suppliers, enabling better tracking of actual material flow to support your sustainability goals.

 

These reports help ensure transparency, improve tracking of certified materials, and support compliance with internal and external sustainability requirements.
