As a brand, you can now define Material and Style identification to match internal systems, ensuring suppliers use the correct references when recording transactions. This reduces reliance on shared master data and improves traceability.
Previously, only Material UID was supported. Now, brands can choose between:
- Material UID
- Material Number (Referred by you as a brand)
- Supplier Material Number (Referred by your supplier)
Similarly, in addition to Style UID, brands can now also use Style Number for better alignment with internal systems.
Key Benefits:
- Improved Data Quality: Consistent Material and Style definitions ensure that suppliers are selecting the correct information, reducing the likelihood of errors and discrepancies in transaction data.
- Simplified Reporting: Consistent data formats facilitate easier reporting and analysis, allowing you to gain valuable insights into your supply chain performance.
