As part of our continuous improvement to our API, we have now enabled the response header to include a unique request-id. This will help you as a brand to easily and clearly report the requests that failed, by simply sharing the below with us:
- request-id
- date request sent
- environment (training or production)
TrusTrace support is now enabled to get details of the request using the request-id to investigate & sort out the issues. This change doesn't impact the API integration in place and you only need to capture the request-id from the header.
