Capturing Wastage During Production
You can now use our Platform to capture the wastage that occurs during production of products to mimic the real-world production scenarios (for e.g., from fiber to yarn, yarn to fabric and fabric to garment). With this release, you can establish a robust spend logic that will account for the wastage as well, thereby ensuring your suppliers record production/ intermediate production transactions in line with the spend logic check (including wastage).

Production Output Quantity Validation
Production Output Quantity validation is now available for T1 suppliers as well, in addition to T2 supplier. Currently this validation should be enabled only when input/output quantities are measured in Kgs unit. Kindly reach out to TrusTrace support to get this validation enabled.
Excel Import Improvements
You can customize the field labels that appear in the UI/XL template as per your terminology, that will facilitate suppliers to record transactions. You can also add additional fields in the UI/XL template to collect data from your suppliers while they record transactions. Kindly reach out to TrusTrace support to get this enabled.
Below is a sample UI screen when Tax Id (custom field) is added for your suppliers to record transactions. This field will also be available in the transaction templates when they download it from the platform.
