What a brand will see on the platform after implementing CMC? 

Through the CMC solution, brands can easily access all supporting documentation for any material claim. According to the new regulatory requirements, brands will face significant penalties if they cannot substantiate their claims with the relevant documentation. CMC allows brands to have all the evidence in one place matched with the right Purchase Orders at a click of a button.


Brands can have millions of POs to reconcile which is done automatically on the platform and is visualized accordingly. The CMC solution monitors the progress in PO reconciliation, identifies and flags where actions are needed. In the case where evidence to prove material integrity between sub-suppliers and the brand is missing, CMC will commission transactional evidence between suppliers and complete the Chain of Custody. 


The granular level outcome is a dashboard for a specific product under a PO. 


If a PO is raised for 3 styles, 3 views will be created. The PO number will remain the same, but the name of the product (and potentially its division) will change. Thus, this view is at the level of a style under a PO. 


Brands can see the progress of the PO Reconciliation at a very granular level and to gather all the necessary evidence in the case of an audit. In case action is needed to pass the validations, this is where it will be visible for brands.
