CMC enables you to ensure that all the POs for certified products (finished good, fabric, yarn, fibre etc.,) released to your suppliers have the relevant Transaction Certificates collected from your suppliers. Platform is now enabled to:

  • Support scope certificates for extraction issued as per TE/ GOTS V3.0 Certificate Policy such as Control Union – GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS; IDFL – GRS, RCS; SGS – GRS; Intertek – GRS, USB, GRS, RCS etc. Refer to the Managing Suppliers > Supported Scope Certificate section in the Brand guide.

  • Earlier Fabric Supplier (Tier 2) could only share Fabric TC against the Fabric PO issued by the brand. With the new release, even when the Fabric is not certified, Fabric suppliers can demonstrate that the Fabric is made using certified yarn, by uploading the Yarn TC (through UI/Excel) and then establishing a chain of custody from certified yarn to the fabric produced.
Refer to the Certified Material Compliance > Scenarios on how your Suppliers will use CMC section in the Brand guide.

  • Prior to the release, to record an inbound transaction, T1/T2 suppliers had to get their upstream supplier registered and use a unique ID (Material ID or Supplier IDs). With the new release, the need to register an upstream supplier and generate a unique ID is eliminated. The transaction now can be recorded by just entering the name of the upstream supplier.
