NEW FEATURES
Module: Platform & API
Data Access Control (DAC)
Data Access Control, previously known as OU Filters, is a way of filtering data for users from different units within an organization, where the company requires users to only see the information relevant to their own unit. These units could be based on any type of parameters like location, a department within a company, individual brands within a company, etc. Once this has been enabled for your Brand, you can assign different business units to the different entities such as styles, suppliers, materials, facilities as well as users within your company. Users will then be able to see data within each module based on the unit they belong to.
Brands can now configure DAC themselves with the predefined values they had provided.
DAC is now also available on the following modules:
In the creation process of master data via UI/API/Import
Audits
Assessments
Task Manager
Transactions
A brand account user with Admin access
A brand account user without Admin access
Please Note: Data Access Control is not enabled by default. Please write to [email protected] to enable it for your account.
Supplier & Facility Profile Bulk Edit
Brands can now perform bulk edit action on the existing Supplier and Facility information via Excel.
Module: Vendor Management
Restore an archived supplier
Brand users will now be able to see the list of all the archived suppliers in a separate tab and unarchive those with whom they start to work again.
ENHANCEMENTS
Module: Platform & API
Reference sheets for self-service bulk imports
Brands will now have access to an updated “master data reference” & “company settings reference” sheet for all the self-service imports.
Colours specification and Recurring type specification
